We currently ship to Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Shipping to other regions may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and approval.
نقوم حالياً بالشحن داخل سلطنة عمان ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويمكن ترتيب الشحن إلى دول أخرى حسب الطلب والتوفر.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Oman typically takes 1–2 business days, while delivery to the UAE typically takes 3–5 business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and courier performance.
يستغرق التوصيل داخل سلطنة عمان من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل، بينما يستغرق التوصيل إلى الإمارات من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered by the courier.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is not available. All orders are processed within standard processing times.
