This Services, Installation & Limited Warranty Policy applies to automotive services, treatments and installations provided under theFinish Line Auto Detailing brand, operated byModern Global Oasis LLC / الواحات العالمية المتقدمة ش م م, Commercial Registration No.1468415, in the Sultanate of Oman.
تطبق سياسة الخدمات والتركيب والضمان المحدود هذه على خدمات ومعالجات وتركيبات المركبات المقدمة تحت علامةFinish Line Auto Detailing والتي تدار بواسطةالواحات العالمية المتقدمة ش م م / Modern Global Oasis LLC، سجل تجاري رقم1468415، في سلطنة عُمان.
Retail and online product sales underThe Car Care Hub are governed by the separate Returns, Exchanges & Product Warranty Policy.
أما مبيعات المنتجات بالتجزئة أو عبر الإنترنت تحت علامةThe Car Care Hub فتخضع لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال وضمان المنتجات المنفصلة.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, reduces or waives any mandatory consumer right under the applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.
ولا يجوز تفسير أي بند من هذه السياسة على أنه يستبعد أو يقيد أو يقلل أو يلغي أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك بموجب القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان.
This Policy applies, where relevant, to services provided by Finish Line Auto Detailing, including:
تطبق هذه السياسة، حسب الحالة، على الخدمات التي تقدمها Finish Line Auto Detailing، بما في ذلك:
Automotive window tint — تظليل ومخفي زجاج المركبات
Nano ceramic window film — أفلام النانو سيراميك للزجاج
Paint Protection Film (PPF) — أفلام حماية الطلاء PPF
Ceramic coatings — حماية وطلاءات السيراميك
Paint correction — تصحيح الطلاء
Machine polishing — التلميع الآلي
Exterior detailing — الديتيلنج الخارجي
Interior detailing — الديتيلنج الداخلي
Vehicle washing — غسيل المركبات
Leather cleaning and treatment — تنظيف ومعالجة الجلد
Glass treatments — معالجة وتنظيف الزجاج
Headlight restoration — ترميم المصابيح
Film or adhesive removal — إزالة الأفلام أو المواد اللاصقة
Other automotive appearance and protection services — خدمات العناية والحماية الأخرى للمركبات
Different services and installed products may carry different warranty periods and conditions.
وقد تختلف مدد وشروط الضمان باختلاف نوع الخدمة والمنتج المستخدم.
The service performed will be based on the service, package, product, specification, coverage and price agreed with the customer.
يتم تنفيذ الخدمة بناءً على نوع الخدمة أو الباقة أو المنتج أو المواصفات أو نطاق التغطية أو السعر المتفق عليه مع العميل.

By approving the service, the customer authorizes Finish Line Auto Detailing to perform the agreed work.
بموافقة العميل على الخدمة، فإنه يفوض Finish Line Auto Detailing بتنفيذ الأعمال المتفق عليها.

The customer will be charged the lawfully agreed price for the service.
يتم تحميل العميل السعر المتفق عليه بصورة قانونية للخدمة.
Where additional work becomes necessary, Finish Line Auto Detailing should obtain customer approval before performing material additional chargeable work.
إذا ظهرت الحاجة إلى أعمال إضافية، فينبغي الحصول على موافقة العميل قبل تنفيذ أعمال إضافية جوهرية تستوجب رسوماً.
A quotation may reasonably change where previously undisclosed or hidden vehicle conditions materially affect the work, provided the customer is informed before additional chargeable work is performed.
ويجوز تعديل عرض السعر بصورة معقولة إذا ظهرت حالات مخفية أو لم يتم الإفصاح عنها سابقاً وتؤثر بشكل جوهري على العمل، بشرط إبلاغ العميل قبل تنفيذ أي أعمال إضافية مدفوعة.
Deposits, advance payments, cancellation and withdrawal from a service will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable Oman law.
تتم معالجة العربون والدفعات المقدمة والإلغاء والعدول عن الخدمة وفقاً لظروف المعاملة والقانون العُماني المطبق.
Finish Line Auto Detailing does not apply a blanket rule stating that every deposit or payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
لا تطبق Finish Line Auto Detailing شرطاً عاماً ينص على أن جميع الدفعات أو العربون غير قابلة للاسترداد في جميع الحالات.
Where special-order, custom-cut or customer-specific materials have been ordered or prepared, the consequences of cancellation may take those costs into account where legally permitted.
وعندما يتم طلب أو تجهيز مواد خاصة أو قصها أو إعدادها خصيصاً للعميل، فقد تؤخذ تلك التكاليف في الاعتبار عند الإلغاء متى كان ذلك جائزاً قانوناً.
A customer's change of preference after a correctly performed service does not by itself establish that the service or installed product is defective.
لا يعتبر تغيير رغبة العميل بعد تنفيذ الخدمة بصورة صحيحة بحد ذاته دليلاً على وجود عيب في الخدمة أو المنتج المركب.

Any cancellation, alteration or refund request will nevertheless be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Finish Line Auto Detailing may inspect and document the condition of the vehicle before beginning work.

Finish Line Auto Detailing may take reasonable photographs or videos before, during and after the service for:

Vehicle-condition documentation — توثيق حالة المركبة
Quality control — مراقبة الجودة
Service records — توثيق الخدمة
Warranty administration — إدارة الضمان
Complaint investigation — التحقق من الشكاوى
Dispute resolution — تسوية النزاعات
Legal compliance — الالتزام القانوني
Use of vehicle images for advertising or social media will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
ويخضع استخدام صور المركبة للإعلان أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لأي موافقة يطلبها القانون المطبق.
Customers should disclose known previous conditions or work that may reasonably affect the service.
ينبغي على العميل الإفصاح عن أي حالات أو أعمال سابقة يعلم بها وقد تؤثر بصورة معقولة على الخدمة.

Failure to disclose a known material condition may be considered when determining the cause of a later issue.
وقد يؤخذ عدم الإفصاح عن حالة جوهرية معلومة في الاعتبار عند تحديد سبب أي مشكلة لاحقة.
Finish Line Auto Detailing is not responsible for defects, deterioration, damage or weaknesses that existed independently before the service and were not caused by Finish Line Auto Detailing.
لا تتحمل Finish Line Auto Detailing مسؤولية العيوب أو التدهور أو الأضرار أو حالات الضعف الموجودة بصورة مستقلة قبل تنفيذ الخدمة والتي لم تتسبب فيها Finish Line Auto Detailing.
Some pre-existing conditions may become more visible after cleaning, polishing, paint correction, film removal or adhesive removal.
وقد تصبح بعض الحالات الموجودة مسبقاً أكثر وضوحاً بعد التنظيف أو التلميع أو تصحيح الطلاء أو إزالة الفيلم أو المواد اللاصقة.
This does not exclude responsibility for damage actually caused by improper workmanship.
ولا يستبعد ذلك المسؤولية عن الضرر الذي يثبت أنه ناتج عن تنفيذ غير صحيح.
Repainted or previously repaired surfaces may have different adhesion, hardness, thickness and durability from original factory paint.
قد تختلف الأسطح المعاد طلاؤها أو إصلاحها في الالتصاق والصلابة والسماكة والمتانة عن طلاء المصنع الأصلي.
PPF installation or removal, adhesive removal and polishing may expose weaknesses in previous paint repairs.
وقد يؤدي تركيب أو إزالة PPF أو إزالة اللاصق أو التلميع إلى إظهار ضعف في إصلاحات الطلاء السابقة.
Finish Line Auto Detailing will use reasonable care, but responsibility for any issue will be determined according to its actual cause and applicable law.
وتلتزم Finish Line Auto Detailing ببذل العناية المعقولة، ويتم تحديد المسؤولية وفقاً للسبب الفعلي والقانون المطبق.
Customers should remove cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, fragile items and other valuable personal property before leaving a vehicle for service.
ينبغي على العميل إزالة الأموال والمجوهرات والإلكترونيات والمستندات والأغراض الهشة والممتلكات الشخصية القيمة قبل تسليم المركبة.
Responsibility for any alleged loss or damage will be assessed according to evidence, causation and applicable law.
ويتم تحديد المسؤولية عن أي فقدان أو ضرر مزعوم وفقاً للأدلة وعلاقة السببية والقانون المطبق.
The customer authorizes Finish Line Auto Detailing to reasonably move the vehicle where necessary to inspect, perform, dry, cure, test, park or complete the agreed service.
يفوض العميل Finish Line Auto Detailing بتحريك المركبة بصورة معقولة عند الحاجة للفحص أو تنفيذ الخدمة أو التجفيف أو المعالجة أو الاختبار أو الوقوف أو إتمام الخدمة.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle when collecting it and identify any visible concern promptly.
يُنصح العميل بفحص المركبة عند استلامها وإبلاغ الشركة عن أي ملاحظة ظاهرة في أقرب وقت ممكن.
Acceptance of the vehicle does not waive mandatory rights concerning a defect that was not reasonably apparent at collection.
ولا يعتبر استلام المركبة تنازلاً عن الحقوق الإلزامية المتعلقة بعيب لم يكن ظاهراً بصورة معقولة عند الاستلام.
Finish Line Auto Detailing distinguishes between:

The word“Limited” defines the scope, coverage, exclusions and conditions of the warranty. It does not remove or reduce mandatory consumer rights under Oman law.
ويقصد بكلمة«محدود» تحديد نطاق وتغطية واستثناءات وشروط الضمان، ولا تعني إلغاء أو تقليل حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية بموجب القانون العُماني.
Finish Line Auto Detailing commonly records the applicable product or manufacturer warranty on the customer's invoice simply as:
تقوم Finish Line Auto Detailing عادةً بتسجيل ضمان المنتج أو الشركة المصنعة المطبق في فاتورة العميل بالصيغة التالية:

Where the invoice states only“Limited Warranty” together with a duration, that duration ordinarily refers to the applicable limited product/manufacturer warranty associated with the specific product, film, PPF, coating or material supplied or installed in that transaction, unless another meaning is expressly stated in writing.
عندما تتضمن الفاتورة فقط عبارة«الضمان المحدود» مع مدة محددة، فإن تلك المدة تشير عادةً إلى الضمان المحدود للمنتج / الشركة المصنعة المطبق على المنتج أو الفيلم أو PPF أو السيراميك أو المادة المستخدمة أو المركبة في تلك المعاملة، ما لم يتم النص صراحةً كتابةً على خلاف ذلك.
The invoice does not need to reproduce every warranty condition contained in this Policy or the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation.
ولا يلزم أن تتضمن الفاتورة جميع شروط الضمان الواردة في هذه السياسة أو مستندات ضمان الشركة المصنعة المطبقة.
The invoice, this Policy, and any applicable manufacturer or warranty documentation should be read together.
ويجب قراءة الفاتورة وهذه السياسة وأي مستندات ضمان مطبقة صادرة عن الشركة المصنعة معاً.
Unless a longer warranty is stated in writing or required by applicable Oman law, eligible general service workmanship is covered for:

ما لم يتم تحديد ضمان أطول كتابةً أو يفرض القانون العُماني مدة أطول، تكون جودة تنفيذ الخدمات العامة المؤهلة مشمولة بضمان لمدة:

This warranty applies to confirmed defects directly attributable to the way the eligible service was performed.
ويطبق هذا الضمان على العيوب المثبتة التي تعود مباشرة إلى طريقة تنفيذ الخدمة المؤهلة.
It may apply to eligible workmanship relating to:

This warranty does not mean a vehicle will remain clean, polished, stain-free, scratch-free, odor-free or otherwise unchanged for three months after normal use.
ولا يعني هذا الضمان أن المركبة ستظل نظيفة أو لامعة أو خالية من البقع أو الخدوش أو الروائح أو أي تغيرات أخرى لمدة ثلاثة أشهر بعد الاستخدام الطبيعي.
Even where the invoice only displays the product'sLimited Warranty, eligible installation and application workmanship performed by Finish Line Auto Detailing is covered under this Policy.
حتى إذا كانت الفاتورة تعرض فقطالضمان المحدود للمنتج، فإن جودة التركيب والتطبيق المؤهلة والمنفذة بواسطة Finish Line Auto Detailing تكون مشمولة بالضمان بموجب هذه السياسة.
Unless a different period is stated in writing or required by law:

Window Tint / Nano Ceramic Film Installation: 12 Months

These workmanship periods apply under this Policy even if the customer's invoice does not separately state the words“Installation Warranty” or“Workmanship Warranty.”
وتطبق مدد ضمان جودة العمل هذه بموجب هذه السياسة حتى إذا لم تتضمن فاتورة العميل بصورة منفصلة عبارة«ضمان التركيب» أو«ضمان جودة العمل».
The manufacturer/product warranty is separate from the Finish Line Auto Detailing workmanship warranty.
يعتبر ضمان الشركة المصنعة / المنتج منفصلاً عن ضمان جودة العمل المقدم من Finish Line Auto Detailing.
There is no universal manufacturer warranty period applicable to every product.
ولا توجد مدة موحدة لضمان الشركة المصنعة تنطبق على جميع المنتجات.
The applicable duration is the actual warranty applicable to the specific:

Finish Line Auto Detailing will not represent a manufacturer's warranty as longer or broader than the actual warranty applicable to that product.
ولا تقوم Finish Line Auto Detailing بعرض ضمان الشركة المصنعة بمدة أو نطاق يتجاوز الضمان الفعلي المطبق على المنتج.
Product / Manufacturer Warranty generally concerns product defects covered by the applicable written manufacturer warranty.
ضمان المنتج / الشركة المصنعة يتعلق بصورة عامة بعيوب المنتج التي يشملها الضمان الكتابي المطبق من الشركة المصنعة.
Depending on the product, this may include manufacturer-covered:

The 12-month limited installation workmanship warranty may cover confirmed installation defects including:

Installation-related peeling — التقشر الناتج عن التركيب
Abnormal edge lifting — ارتفاع الحواف بصورة غير طبيعية

Installation-related adhesive failure — فشل الالتصاق الناتج عن التركيب
Other confirmed workmanship defects — عيوب التركيب الأخرى المثبتة
Temporary haze, moisture, small water pockets or cloudiness during normal curing do not automatically constitute defects.

The appearance and perceived darkness of window film may vary due to:

A later preference for a different shade does not by itself establish defective installation where the installed film corresponds to the customer's confirmed selection.
ولا تعتبر رغبة العميل لاحقاً في درجة مختلفة عيباً في التركيب إذا كان الفيلم المركب مطابقاً للاختيار الذي أكده العميل.
The 12-month PPF installation workmanship warranty may cover confirmed:
قد يغطي ضمان جودة تركيب PPF لمدة 12 شهراً الحالات المثبتة التالية:
Abnormal edge lifting caused by installation — ارتفاع الحواف غير الطبيعي الناتج عن التركيب
Peeling caused by defective workmanship — التقشر الناتج عن عيب في التركيب
Installation-related adhesive failure — فشل الالتصاق الناتج عن التركيب
Improperly installed affected sections — الأجزاء التي ثبت تركيبها بصورة غير صحيحة
Vehicle panels differ in shape and complexity.
وتختلف أجزاء المركبة في الشكل ودرجة التعقيد.
Where technically appropriate, installations may require seams, joins, relief cuts, separate sections or visible edges.

Their existence does not by itself establish defective workmanship.

Where a confirmed defect affects only one window, panel, PPF section, film section, coated section or other limited area, Finish Line Auto Detailing may correct or replace the affected area where doing so fully resolves the defect and is permitted by law.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the entire transaction or receive a full refund.

Where legally permitted, Finish Line Auto Detailing may first properly inspect, correct, repair, re-perform, reinstall or replace the affected portion.

Where Oman law requires a refund, compensation or another remedy, that mandatory remedy will be provided.

Accepting a complaint, inspecting the vehicle, taking photographs, communicating with the customer, consulting a manufacturer, or attempting to resolve the issue amicably does not by itself constitute an admission of legal liability.
لا يعتبر استلام الشكوى أو فحص المركبة أو التقاط الصور أو التواصل مع العميل أو الرجوع إلى الشركة المصنعة أو محاولة حل المشكلة ودياً بحد ذاته إقراراً بالمسؤولية القانونية.
Responsibility will be determined according to evidence, causation, the agreed service, applicable warranty terms and Oman law.

A customer request does not authorize the company to knowingly perform prohibited work.
ولا تمنح رغبة العميل الشركة الحق في تنفيذ عمل تعلم أنه محظور قانوناً.
Applicable warnings, aftercare and safety instructions will be provided where incorrect use could reasonably affect safety, property or the service result.

Where required by Oman law, applicable warnings and instructions will be provided in Arabic and English.

Consumer invoices will be provided in Arabic as required and may also be provided in English.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a consumer from exercising any lawful right to contact the Oman Consumer Protection Authority or another competent authority.

Finish Line Auto Detailing does not rely on a blanket statement that it has no responsibility for its services or installations.
لا تعتمد Finish Line Auto Detailing على شرط عام ينص على عدم تحملها أي مسؤولية عن خدماتها أو تركيباتها.
Where Finish Line Auto Detailing is legally responsible for defective workmanship, improper service or damage, the applicable responsibility and remedy will be respected.
وعندما تكون Finish Line Auto Detailing مسؤولة قانوناً عن عيب في جودة العمل أو تنفيذ غير صحيح أو ضرر، فيتم احترام المسؤولية والمعالجة المطبقة.
At the same time, Finish Line Auto Detailing is not responsible for matters proven to result from causes unrelated to its work, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Other Eligible Installation / Application Work: 12 Months unless otherwise stated

Manufacturer / Product Limited Warranty: According to the actual applicable manufacturer or authorized distributor warranty.

The manufacturer/product warranty may be shown on the invoice simply as “Limited Warranty: X Years.”

The separate workmanship warranty described in this Policy applies even where the invoice does not separately print an installation or workmanship warranty, subject always to applicable Oman law.
